Order and delivery

We accept orders on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00, in Kyiv:

- You can place an order through the shopping cart at any time, after which we will contact you. Don't forget to leave your contact phone numbers!

- Our manager will send a photo of the indoor flower “live” via Viber.

- You can pay for goods and services by bank transfer (to a card or bank account) or in cash to the courier.

- After receipt of funds, delivery time is from 1 to 3 days.

- The cost of delivery in Kyiv is negotiated individually (from 170 UAH) depending on the quantity of goods delivered.

Unloading

We ask for your understanding that we are delivering fragile goods that require special care when unloading and carrying.

- For large orders for ceramic pots, large plants, soil, etc., the customer must ensure that Fleur company vehicles enter the territory of their enterprise, if it is guarded, and parking in the immediate vicinity of the entrance.

- Delivery is carried out to the reception.

- If the weight of the delivered plant is more than 20 kg or higher than 150 cm, the plant is planted at the place of its immediate installation.

Note!

- You can make claims about the appearance of the goods delivered to you only upon receipt. Only the cost of the goods is reimbursed (without shipping costs, commissions, etc.)

- According to the legislation of Ukraine, planting material (seeds, bulbs, seedlings and plants) cannot be exchanged or returned. Also, flowerpots and pots in which plants are planted are not subject to exchange or return, as they are products that have already been used.

- We do not send cash on delivery, in order to avoid plants not being collected at the post office and sent back.
