Schefflera

Schefflera - native to Southeast Asia, Australia and the Pacific coast. The Araliaceae family, the genus Schefflera, has about 250-300 species; two species are grown at home and in the office - Schefflera stellafolia and Schefflera arborescens.

Species with dark leaves are more shade-tolerant, the rest have a color with white and golden spots, it is better to place them in a bright place to preserve the color of the leaves. In the summer heat, the plant is shaded from the midday sun.

     Lighting: A bright place protected from direct sunlight.
     Watering: Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings; it is best to plant the plant with good drainage to avoid excess moisture in the pot, which can lead to rotting of the root system.
     Temperature: The optimal temperature in summer is +20 +22 °C, you can take the plant outside, fresh air is very necessary for plants. In winter not lower than +12 °C.
     Air humidity: High, regularly spray with warm water at room temperature.
     Fertilizing: Spray foliar fertilizing "Phytohormones and microelements" several times a month, add universal fertilizer with watering from spring to late summer. Watch the fertilizer concentration carefully so as not to burn the root system.
     Replanting: Young plants annually, mature plants once every 2-3 years.
